About Me
Advising CEOs, founders and senior leaders for over three decades.
There’s a particular kind of pressure that comes with leading at the highest level.
The decisions no one else can make. The weight of responsibility for people’s livelihoods. The isolation of the role, surrounded by people, but rarely able to speak openly about what’s really going on. The nagging sense that despite everything you’ve built and achieved, something important is still missing.

Over 30 years I’ve led businesses from $50M to $750M, turning around broken organisations, building companies from scratch, leading teams of 1,800 people through transformation and sitting at the top of the table when everything was on the line.
I’ve been the person making the hard calls at 2am. I’ve navigated boards, investors, unions and markets. I’ve built businesses that didn’t exist and rebuilt ones that were broken. I’ve experienced the extraordinary highs that come with real success, and the profound loneliness that often comes with it.
I didn’t learn leadership in a classroom. I learned it in the arena.
What I Do Today
Today I run a private coaching practice working with a small number of CEOs, founders, entrepreneurs and high-performing leaders. I also own and operate a business with over 40 staff, chair a Vistage group of 14 CEO’s, meeting each of them privately every month, and I am currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology at La Trobe University.
I’m not a retired executive with a coaching certificate. I am still in the arena every single day, which means when you sit across from me, you’re working with someone who genuinely understands the world you’re operating in.

I work with a deliberately small number of clients. This is not a course, a group program or a mastermind. This is private, one-to-one coaching, deep, honest and entirely focused on you.
My approach draws on three decades of real business experience, the psychology of human performance and behaviour, and a genuine belief that the gap between where most high-performers are and where they’re capable of being is almost always an inside job.
I won’t tell you what to do. I won’t give you a framework or a formula. What I will do is help you think more clearly, see what you can’t currently see, make better decisions and lead at the level you’re truly capable of.
The people I work with have already achieved significant success. They’re not here because something is broken. They’re here because they know there’s another level, and they’re ready to go after it.
A Little More Background
My career has spanned the Australian Army, logistics and transport, private equity, ASX listed companies, start-ups and entrepreneurial ventures. I have led businesses through turnaround, growth, acquisition and transformation across nearly every sector of the Australian economy.
I have an Executive MBA from AGSM, a Masters in Business Systems from Monash University, qualifications in Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and I am currently completing a Bachelor of Psychology at La Trobe University.
I am also a trained Vistage Chair, one of only a small number of people in Australia facilitating peer advisory groups for CEO’s and business owners at this level.
